Wait in your hotel lobby at the confirmed time. The driver will come inside and ask for your name or booking reference. If your hotel has a main entrance with a driveway, the vehicle will typically pull up there. The Vehicle

Yes. If you prefer to arrange your own transport (for example, if you have a rental car or want to sleep later and take a Grab), most operators allow this. Inform them in advance so they do not send a van to your hotel. Some operators provide a small discount for skipping the transfer.
