A licensed Phuket travel company. We book day tours and private speedboat charters with local operators, and look after you from booking to drop-off.
Who we are
Best Phuket Guide is a Phuket travel company with an office in Patong. We hold Tourism Authority of Thailand licence 33/11260, which allows us to sell tours in Thailand.
Our day tours (Phi Phi and Maya Bay, James Bond Island, Raya and Coral Island, white water rafting and the jet ski 7 islands tour) are run by local, licensed tour operators we work with. We also offer private speedboat charters for groups of up to 25.
Our job is to show you each tour honestly, take your booking, confirm your pickup, and be the people you can message if anything needs sorting out before or after your trip. We are a new business, so we would rather tell you exactly what a tour includes than promise more than we can deliver.

How we pick partner operators
We keep the list of tours short so we can describe each one properly.
Licensed local operators
We work with Phuket and Phang Nga operators that are licensed to run tours in Thailand.
Their programme, their prices
Itineraries, prices and terms on our site come from each operator's own published programme. We do not add hidden charges.
Safety basics listed
Life jackets on every water trip, helmets for rafting, and insurance where the operator includes it. The tour page says which.
Honest inclusions
If something costs extra, like a park fee paid on the day, fins rental or an outer-area pickup surcharge, it is listed before you book.
What our day tours include
Every day tour we sell includes the basics below. The exact list, including national park fees and optional extras, is on each tour page under "Included" and "Not included".
See all tours- Round-trip hotel transfer (a surcharge applies to some outer areas on some tours)
- A tour guide, plus the boat, jet ski or raft for the activity
- Lunch, and drinking water or soft drinks
- Life jackets, and snorkel gear or helmets where the activity needs them
How payment works
Reserve now, pay cash on the day. The payment options for your booking are shown at checkout. Depending on the tour and date these can be card payment through Stripe, bank transfer, or cash on the day.
Prices are set in Thai baht (THB). You can view them in 8 other currencies as a guide. You receive a booking reference by email as soon as you book.
How cancellations work
Cancellation terms depend on the operator, so every tour page shows its own terms before you book. On most day tours you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before departure. The Phi Phi, Maya Bay & Khai Island tour allows free cancellation until 23:59 the day before, and private charters until 48 hours before.
To cancel, message us with your booking reference. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to reach you. Read our terms.
