We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure Stripe checkout. We also accept bank transfer (please complete within 24 hours) and cash payment on the day of the tour.

Yes. At checkout you can select your preferred currency (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, SGD and more). The exchange rate is updated every two hours so the amount shown reflects current market rates. Your card is charged in the selected currency.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. For private charters the cancellation window is 48 hours. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to request a cancellation.

Stripe refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Bank transfer refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.

We recommend bringing: sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), a hat or sun protection, a light cover-up or change of clothes, a towel, snorkelling mask if you have your own (we provide gear), cash for national park fees and personal shopping, and a waterproof bag or dry bag for your valuables.

Yes, hotel pick-up is available for most tours in Phuket, Patong, Kata, Karon, Kamala and nearby areas. The pick-up time will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email, typically 30–60 minutes before the tour departure. If your hotel is outside the standard zone, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Tour duration varies by destination. Most full-day island tours (Phi Phi, James Bond Island, Similan Islands) run from approximately 07:30 to 17:30. Half-day tours are typically 3–4 hours. Exact times are listed on each tour page.

Yes, all our tours include English-speaking guides. We also have guides who speak basic Thai, Russian and Chinese. If you require a specific language guide, please mention this when booking and we will do our best to arrange it.

National park entrance fees (฿400 per adult, ฿200 per child) are not included in the tour price. These are Thai government fees collected at the park gate. Some parks charge foreigners a higher rate. Your guide will let you know on the day.

Yes, all our tours include passenger accident insurance. This covers medical expenses in the event of an accident during the tour. We strongly recommend all guests also carry their own travel insurance for comprehensive coverage including trip cancellation, medical evacuation and personal belongings.

Life jackets are provided on all boat trips and are mandatory to wear during transfers at sea. Children must wear a life jacket at all times on the boat. Our crew is trained in first aid and water safety.

Children are welcome on most of our tours. We recommend that children are comfortable in the water for snorkelling tours, as some open-water sections can be rough depending on conditions. Infants (under 2) are typically free of charge. Please check the individual tour page for age and weight restrictions.

We advise pregnant women to consult their doctor before booking any boat tour. Speedboat tours and tours in open waters involve significant motion and vibration which may not be suitable during pregnancy. Some calmer tours may be fine. Please contact us to discuss before booking.

Our private speedboats comfortably hold up to 25 guests. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple boats. Contact us to discuss pricing and logistics for groups over 25 people.

Absolutely. That's the main advantage of a private charter. Tell us which islands you'd like to visit and how long you want to spend at each stop. Our captain will advise on feasibility based on distance, sea conditions and daylight hours.

Yes, we can organise onboard catering with a selection of Thai and Western food, fresh fruit, soft drinks and snacks. Catering is an optional add-on. Request it when booking or contact us to discuss your preferences.
