Open the tour you like, pick a date and the number of guests, then complete the booking form. You get a booking reference by email straight away. If you have questions first, message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page.

The payment options available for your booking are shown at checkout. Depending on the tour and date, these can be card payment through Stripe, bank transfer, or cash on the day of the tour. We never ask for card details by chat or email.

Yes. Use the currency switcher to see prices in USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, JPY, KRW, RUB or TRY. Tour prices are set in Thai baht (THB). Converted amounts use regularly updated exchange rates and are shown as a guide.

Each tour page shows its own cancellation terms before you book. On most day tours you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before departure. The Phi Phi, Maya Bay & Khai Island tour allows free cancellation until 23:59 on the day before the trip. Private speedboat charters can be cancelled for free up to 48 hours before departure. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email us with your booking reference.

Card refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Bank transfer refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days. We email you when the refund has been sent.

Usually yes, subject to availability. Contact us at least 48 hours before your original tour date by WhatsApp or email. Some operators charge a date change fee, for example 300 THB per person on the Phi Phi, Maya Bay & Khai Island tour. The tour page lists any such fee.

Best Phuket Guide is a Phuket travel company with TAT licence 33/11260. Our day tours are run by local, licensed tour operators we work with. We handle your booking, answer your questions and stay your point of contact before and after the trip.

Yes, round-trip hotel transfer is included on all our day tours. Pickup usually starts between 07:30 and 08:45 depending on your area, and the exact time is confirmed the evening before. Some tours charge a surcharge for outer areas, for example Kamala on the Phi Phi tour. The tour page lists any surcharge.

Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen (reef-safe if you can), a hat and sunglasses, beach shoes and some Thai baht for drinks or optional extras. Each tour page has its own "What to bring" list, and the jet ski tour needs your passport.

Our day tours are full-day trips of about 8 to 10 hours including hotel pickup and drop-off, usually starting between 07:30 and 08:45. Exact times are listed on each tour page.

Yes, guides speak English. The Raya & Coral Island tour has English or Chinese speaking guides. If you need another language, ask us before booking and we will check with the operator.

It depends on the tour. The Phi Phi, Maya Bay & Khai Island tour includes the national park fee. On the James Bond Island tour the park fee is paid on the day. Each tour page lists exactly what is included and what is not.

Most of our tours include accident insurance, and it is listed under "Included" on the tour page. We also recommend your own travel insurance that covers medical costs, evacuation and trip cancellation.

Yes. Life jackets are provided on all boat, jet ski and rafting trips, and rafting also includes a helmet. Please wear them whenever the crew asks you to.

Children are welcome on most tours. Child prices apply to ages 3 or 4 to 11 depending on the tour, and infants travel free where the tour allows them. On the jet ski tour drivers must be at least 15. Check the tour page for age limits.

Speedboat rides can be bumpy, so speedboat, rafting and jet ski tours are not recommended during pregnancy, and some tours do not allow pregnant guests at all. Please check the tour page and talk to your doctor before booking.

Our private speedboat charters take up to 25 guests per boat, and the price is per boat. For bigger groups, contact us and we will check if more boats are available.

Yes, that is the main advantage of a private charter. Tell us which islands you would like to visit and how long you want at each stop. The captain will advise on what is possible given distance, sea conditions and daylight.

Yes, catering with Thai and Western food, fruit and soft drinks can be added on request. Ask us when booking and we will send you the options and price.
